1. Services Offered

Athletlance provides professional physiotherapy services through our clinics and specialized home visits. By booking a session, you agree to our clinical assessment and treatment protocols.

2. Appointment & Booking Policy

To ensure the highest quality of care across our locations in Hyderabad at Miyapur, Beeramguda, and Banjara Hills:

• Online requests are subject to confirmation via a direct call from our care coordination team.
• Home visit availability is determined based on the therapist's schedule, specialization needed, and your location proximity.
• Please provide at least 12 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to help other patients in pain.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Our therapists provide advanced, evidence-based care; however, physiotherapy outcomes depend heavily on various individual factors, including patient compliance with home exercise plans. Treatment is not a guaranteed alternative to surgery in all medical cases, and we will refer you to a specialist if required.

4. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical history, past scans (if available), and current medication details.
• Ensure a suitable, safe environment is available for home visit sessions.
• Strictly adhere to the safety guidelines and post-session protocols provided by the physiotherapist.
